Information you share
The enquiry form collects your name, message, area of interest, and either an email address or phone number. Company information and a second contact method are optional. We also record your consent and a submission reference. Please share only the information needed to discuss your enquiry.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, maintain the conversation, and manage related work. If you provide an email address, the website can send an acknowledgement. Authorized staff receive an internal notification and can review the enquiry in the private workspace.
Job applications
When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, current location, relevant experience, CV, application message, and consent. Phone, availability, and a professional profile link are optional. We use this information to review your application, contact you, and manage recruitment. Authorized recruitment administrators can access applications and CVs in the private workspace. Business and recruitment correspondence is shared with the responsible team and the company privacy team at privacy@unitoneai.com. We do not make automated hiring decisions.
Website application records and uploaded CVs are retained for up to 12 months from submission, then removed from the active application database. Recruitment emails and any employment records are managed separately by the responsible team. To request access, correction, withdrawal, or removal, email careers@unitoneai.com with your application reference. Please do not include identity documents, bank details, or confidential client information in an application.
Client reviews
If you submit a client review, we collect your name, private email address, 1–5 experience rating, review text, engagement type, publication choice, any optional role, company or industry details, and any optional profile image. Identity is confirmed through Google or a one-time code sent to your work email; this separate reviewer session never creates or signs in to a UnitOne AI staff account. Profile images are resized and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. Your email, Google account identifier, verification codes, and session identifiers are kept private and are never included in public review data. Authenticated reviews are published after you preview them and give explicit publication permission. Authorized administrators can hide, republish, feature, confirm a documented client relationship, or delete a review. Identity confirmation alone does not mean UnitOne AI has confirmed a client relationship. Published reviews remain available until you withdraw permission, an administrator hides them, or you ask us to remove them. Expired verification challenges and reviewer sessions are removed as part of routine security cleanup. To request access, correction, withdrawal, or removal, contact sales@unitoneai.com and identify the review.
Website services and security
Hostinger provides this website’s hosting and email infrastructure. These services process the information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Enquiries are stored in the website database with access restricted to authorized staff. Technical and security records, including information used to limit abusive requests, support website operation.
Cookies and external links
Essential cookies support secure forms and staff sessions. The website does not use advertising cookies. Choosing a WhatsApp, email, or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy terms; information you share there is handled through that service.
Keeping and updating information
Enquiry information supports your request and related business discussions. You can ask us to access, correct, or remove your information, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up. Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted automatically 12 months after the last contact, together with their notes, replies and contact details. We may need to verify the request and consider records that must be retained for an existing engagement or applicable obligations.
