The role

As a technical research intern for food products, you'll dig into how food is produced, processed, and brought to market — find the gaps worth solving — and turn your findings into product directions and early prototypes the team can build on.

The core of every intern role here is research and finding gaps — digging into a problem space and spotting what's missing or broken — followed by the initial build: early prototypes, pilots, and test versions that prove the direction. UnitOne AI's full-time builders take over from there to ship the real product.

What you'll work on

  • Researching food production, processing, and related technologies to find gaps and opportunities
  • Studying existing products and workflows to spot what's missing or broken
  • Turning research into clear product directions, requirements, and early prototype concepts
  • Writing blogs and reports on your findings and insights

Who can apply

3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates — food technology, agriculture, engineering, or related fields, or strong researchers from any background — who enjoy deep technical research and want it to shape real products.
