THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM
The decisions stay together.
The workspace keeps the request, stock reservation, approval, preparation record and delivery status on the same order. Staff can see why a step is blocked and what needs to happen next.
IMPLEMENTED CAPABILITIES
Guided conversations
English, Telugu and Teluglish ordering with catalogue prices, delivery checks, repeat options and a human takeover control.
Perishable inventory
First-expiry stock reservations, supplier and animal references, receiving conditions, quality holds and wastage records.
Weight and payment controls
Prepared quantities recalculate the total. A changed amount needs approval; duplicate receipt references and over-collection are rejected.
Role-based handoffs
Order staff, packing teams and drivers receive different views. Drivers see assigned deliveries and record COD and delivery evidence.
Private customer access
Expiring, revocable order links let customers review their order and approve weight changes without creating a password.
Reviewable automation
A visible message outbox, simulated provider failures, manual recovery and an audit trail make operational exceptions inspectable.
