The role

Turn business requirements into dependable automation, from discovery and architecture to integration, evaluation, deployment, and handover.

Responsibilities

  • Map business processes, identify automation boundaries, and agree acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
  • Build AI assistants, document-processing workflows, retrieval systems, and API integrations using Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implement orchestration with appropriate tools such as n8n, Make, or code-based services.
  • Design human approvals, validation, retries, idempotency, access controls, and audit trails.
  • Evaluate model quality, failure modes, latency, and cost using representative test cases.
  • Deploy and monitor services in cloud environments and document operation and handover.
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, testing, and reliability engineering.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant software, automation, or integration engineering experience, including practical delivery of AI-enabled systems.
  • Strong Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, Git, and automated testing skills.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation beyond a prototype.
  • Ability to handle secrets, permissions, personal data, and uncertain AI outputs responsibly.
  • Evidence of delivering maintainable systems and communicating clearly with clients.

Helpful experience

Enterprise system integrations, CI/CD, containers, observability, document extraction, and workflow orchestration.

Engagement and compensation

This is a remote, Hyderabad-based contract-to-hire opportunity. The monthly INR range depends on relevant skills and years of experience. Contract duration, working arrangements, and deliverables will be agreed in writing. Conversion to permanent employment depends on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement and is not guaranteed.
